How your booking works

You send us your pickup address, destination, date and time. We review your request and get back to you by phone or email as soon as possible. Your ride is only booked once we have confirmed it. The email you receive after submitting only shows that we have received your request.

Need a taxi right away?

If you need a taxi immediately, it is best to call us directly or write to us on WhatsApp. We are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and will tell you right away when we can be with you.

What to tell us when you book

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, destination, date, time and the number of passengers. A phone number helps us a lot, because we can then reach you quickly if we have a question about your request. Use the notes field for special wishes such as extra luggage, a pram or a child seat, and we will send a suitable vehicle. From five passengers we use our large-capacity taxi.

Airport transfers and fixed prices

For airports and longer trips we are happy to agree on a binding fixed price in advance. Tell us your destination and your preferred time in the notes field and we will get back to you with an offer. For flights, please include your flight number so that we can take delays into account.

Booking for others

You can also book a ride for someone else, for example for guests arriving by train or a relative who needs a lift to an appointment. Please enter the pickup address of the passenger and add their phone number in the notes field.

Payment

You pay conveniently by cash, card or contactless directly in the vehicle. There is no need to pay in advance.
