About Taxi Kassel Herkules

Taxi Kassel Herkules is a taxi company in Kassel, on the road since 2008 – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We drive you anywhere in Kassel and the surrounding area, to Kassel-Calden Airport and Frankfurt Airport, and on request to other airports and to other cities across Germany.

Booking and payment

Call us, message us on WhatsApp or book online. You can pay by cash, EC or credit card, or contactless. Fixed prices are available on request for airport transfers and longer trips. For airport transfers and important appointments, we recommend booking at least one day in advance.

How your request is handled

After you send a request, we review it and confirm your ride by phone or email as soon as possible. A request on its own does not yet reserve a ride. If you do not hear from us shortly, please call us – we are available around the clock.

What to tell us when you book

Please give us your pickup address including the house number, your destination, the date and time, and the number of passengers. If you travel with a lot of luggage, a pram or a child seat, add a short note and we will plan the right vehicle. For five or more passengers we use our large-capacity taxi.

Airport transfers and longer trips

From Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station, a ride to Kassel-Calden Airport costs roughly 38 euros, and to Frankfurt Airport roughly 510 euros. These are rough figures based on our tariff of 4.00 euros base fare plus 2.80 euros per kilometre for up to four passengers. For airports and longer trips we are happy to agree on a binding fixed price in advance. Prices as of October 2026.

Groups, companies and regular rides

If you travel with a larger group, our large-capacity taxi has room for up to eight passengers. Companies can arrange fixed procedures and a collective invoice, and anyone with regular appointments can agree on fixed pickup times with us.

Where we pick you up

We drive in all 23 districts of Kassel and in the surrounding towns of Vellmar, Niestetal, Calden, Espenau and Fuldatal, which belong to our mandatory taxi district. On advance booking we also pick you up in Baunatal, Lohfelden, Kaufungen and Ahnatal and take you wherever you like.

Payment

You pay by cash, card or contactless directly in the vehicle. There is nothing to pay in advance, and we issue a receipt on request.
